Our Template Training Plans give you a proven, event-specific roadmap-without the full commitment of active coaching. Each plan is carefully designed using evidence-based principles and tailored to the demands of your chosen evet. You’ll get a clear week-by-week structure covering training, recovery, and key milestones, so you know exactly what to do and when.

While these plans aren’t customised in real-time, they’re still monitored- meaning we’ll check in periodically, review your progress, and offer adjustments if something’s off track.

This gives you the confidence of expert oversight, while keeping the flexibility and independence to train at your own pace.

Dream Fit Consultation

This one-off, high-impact consultation is designed to cut through the overwhelm and give you absolute clarity on how to approach your big goal—whether that’s completing your first triathlon, running a marathon, or transforming your health. In this 60–90 minute session, we’ll work together to map out your macro-level game plan: the key phases, milestones, and priorities that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
